Children's toy trains

Dear designers of Chuggington merchandise

Dear Chuggington folks, you have become a regular part of our lives and, as much as we can appreciate children’s entertainment, I suppose we appreciate the message you offer our children. However, we have one issue with you and that is your merchandising. We recently purchased a few trains – Wilson, Zepphy, etc… BUT, when we brought them home we discovered they were not wide enough for the Thomas or any other branded train tracks currently available on the market.I have to tell you that if you do not change your strategy we cannot continue to support your merchandising efforts – and this will be regardless of the tears and wailing we’ll endure. Children’s toys take up enough space and we refuse to set up yet another train track just to cater for your trains.

Obviously I appreciate that some kids are spoilt little shits and their parents will buy them a million train tracks to keep them quiet, but we are not like this as we consider it wasteful, environmentally inconsiderate and tactics like this just turn kids into turds.

You have to recognise that you were not the first train brand to capture the imagination of the world’s children, I don’t even know if Thomas was, but you need to accept that products have long been available in the train department, and it would be really awesome if you could provide a product that matched the ubiquitous array of tracks already available.

Thank you for considering my request and I look forward to supporting your business well into the future IF you show some sense and merge with the existing train market.

Yours, without the bollocks
Andrea
